Ground Beef with Green Beans & Cabbage

-Canola oil (2-3 tbsp)

-Garlic (2-3 cloves, chopped)

-Onion (1 whole, sliced)

-Fish Sauce (1 tbsp)

-Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)

-Ground Beef (1-2 lbs)

-Green Beans (1-2 lbs, cut about 2-3 inches)

-Cabbage (1 head, cut in half, then slice)

-Black Pepper (a pinch or two)


Heat the pot with canola oil

Saute onion, then garlic

Add the ground beef and stir for a minute or two

Then add fish sauce and green beans and stir for a minute

Throw the cabbage in the pot

Add soy sauce and black pepper

**you may add a little bit water if it’s too salty for your taste**

Cover the pot and let it cook on medium/low heat for 15-20 minutes, then stir and serve with rice YUM!
